Refund policy
Returns
You have three days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@velvetpartystore.com or WhatsApp at 97338811599; if your return is accepted, we will arrange to collect it back from you the next day during available time slots, and for that, please note you need to pay for the collection charges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note the following:
- We will refund you the product(s) cost only. (the delivery cost will not be refunded)
- We will deduct the collection charges from your total refund amount.
- It can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages
You have three days to report damages after receiving your item(s).
Please let us know immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report the problem, contact us at info@velvetpartystore.com or WhatsApp at 97338811599; we will arrange to collect the item(s) from you the next day during available time slots; your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item(s); if the item(s) is damaged, you will have the following options to choose from:
- Request a full refund.
- It can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Request a replacement (it will be delivered during available time slots)
Note: in case of damaged balloons please share a picture on whatsapp, and we will refund you immediately,
Exchanges
You have three days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
the fastest way to get your required item(s) is to place a new order and pay for it; at the same time of delivery of your new order, we will collect the item(s) that you would like to exchange
once we receive the item(s) back, We will inspect them and notify you if the exchange is accepted and we will refund you accordingly the cost of the exchanged item(s),
